Privacy Policy
What we collect when you use this site or send us a scoping request, why, and how to have it deleted. Effective September 13, 2026.
What you send us. The contact form on this site asks for your name, email address, message, and — optionally — your company. We only have this information if you type it in and submit the form, or if you email us directly.
What the site collects automatically. Serving any web page involves your browser sending standard technical information to whatever is hosting it — your IP address, browser and device information, and which page was requested. This site is served by Amazon CloudFront and S3, which handle that exchange as part of delivering and securing the page; Korpus Labs does not separately collect it. There is no analytics script, no advertising pixel, and no tracking cookie on this site.
Information from the contact form is used to:
- reply to your message and work out whether a project is a good fit
- keep a record of the conversation so we do not lose the thread
- tell a real submission from a bot — the form has a honeypot field and a minimum-time check, neither of which is shown to you
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
A submitted form is stored and sent onward through infrastructure we run on Amazon Web Services (API Gateway, Lambda, DynamoDB and SES), and inbound mail to the domain is forwarded by ImprovMX. These providers process the data only to make the form and mailbox work — they don’t get to use it for their own purposes.
Outside of that, we do not share, sell, or rent your information to any third party.
Contact form submissions are kept so we can refer back to past correspondence, until you ask us to delete them.
Email hello@korpuslabs.com to see, correct, or delete the information we have about you. We respond to these requests within 30 days.
This site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
This policy may change as the site or the studio does. The date above reflects the version in force; material changes will move that date.
Questions about this policy go to the same place scoping requests do.
